Privacy / Enquiries

Your enquiry, handled with care.

What is collected when you contact the studio, who can access it, and how to ask for its removal.

What you send.

The enquiry form collects your name, email address and tattoo idea. You may also provide a phone number, style, placement, size and up to five reference photographs. These details are used to assess and respond to your enquiry and manage its booking status.

Please send only photographs you are comfortable sharing for this purpose. Avoid including identity documents or unrelated personal information.

Private storage and access.

Enquiries are stored in the studio’s private database. Reference photographs are stored separately from public portfolio media and require authorised staff access. Uploaded photographs are re-encoded to remove embedded location and other image metadata.

The studio owner can grant revocable, scoped agent access. When authorised staff use the studio assistant, selected enquiry details may be sent to its connected AI provider to help prepare a response or booking update. Publishing, deletion and booking-state changes prepared by agents require staff approval. Changes are recorded in an audit log.

Notifications and test submissions.

When email delivery is enabled, enquiry notifications are sent to the studio inboxes from [email protected]. Emails contain enquiry details and a link to the private inbox. Reference photographs are not attached.

Email delivery is enabled for new enquiries and appointment notifications. Existing review notifications remain held. Test enquiries do not count as production conversions. Contact [email protected] directly about an appointment.

Retention and your choices.

The studio retains enquiry information while responding to enquiries and managing booking records. There is no automatic retention period configured on this website. Backups retain a separate copy until they are rotated under the operating procedure.

To request access, a correction or removal, email [email protected]. Broader removal requests, including reference photographs and retained backups, are handled by the studio owner under the operating procedure.

Security and essential cookies.

The server uses short-lived, hashed IP identifiers to limit abusive submissions and login attempts. It does not store raw IP addresses in the enquiry record. Server and proxy access logs may contain connection details.

Admin login uses an essential secure session cookie. This website does not currently install marketing analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential tracking cookies.

Optional analytics and social measurement.

Optional analytics and marketing measurement are currently disabled. If enabled, you can separately choose analytics and marketing measurement using Privacy choices. Refusing these choices does not affect the enquiry form. You can change or withdraw consent at any time.

With analytics consent, the site records aggregate page visits, campaign labels and successfully saved enquiries, and may send those events to Google Analytics. With marketing consent, Meta Pixel and the server Conversions API may send page visits and a successful enquiry event to Meta for Facebook and Instagram campaign measurement. A hashed email address and consented browser matching identifiers may be used for matching; tattoo ideas, names, phone numbers and reference photographs are excluded. These services can process information outside Australia.

Consent preferences are remembered for up to 180 days. Aggregate site measurements are kept for one year. Enquiry campaign attribution stays with the enquiry record. Meta delivery retries expire after six days; queued event payloads are removed after delivery or expiry. Withdrawing consent prevents new measurement and clears measurement cookies accessible to this site; it does not erase events already received by Google or Meta.
